Meet the Staff

Why Patients Choose Southern Life Chiropractic in Spring Hill

At Southern Life Chiropractic, we focus on how your spine is actually moving, not just where it hurts. When joints in the spine aren’t moving properly, it can create tension, stiffness, and irritation of nerves that affects how your body functions day to day.

Our approach is centered on improving motion, reducing stress on the spine, and helping you move and feel better so you can get back to normal activities.

Dr. Blair Baxter, DC

Baxter family

Dr. Blair Baxter has been in practice since 2011 and is the owner of Southern Life Chiropractic in Spring Hill, TN. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas, along with Bachelor of Science degrees in Anatomy and Health & Wellness.

Before opening his clinic in Spring Hill, Dr. Blair spent six years practicing in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he worked with a wide range of conditions, from everyday back and neck pain to more complex injury cases. That experience helped shape how he approaches care today.

Rather than focusing only on where pain is located, Dr. Blair evaluates how the spine is moving and functioning. His goal is to help patients better understand what’s going on, improve how their body moves, and give them clear options based on their individual goals. He has also completed advanced training through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, focusing on injury biomechanics and spinal function.

Originally from central Louisiana, Dr. Blair enjoys woodworking and spending time with his family when he’s not in the office.
